TOGETHER permits the submission, uploading, hosting, sharing, and/or publishing of UGC, including images, through our web app. Please follow TOGETHER’s community rules (above) when submitting UGC. Note:
By downloading an image or copying other UGC from TOGETHER, you agree that you do not claim any rights to it. The following conditions apply:
You may not copy or use any portions of our site that are not UGC except within the limits of fair use.
You retain all of your copyrights in your UGC, except as set forth herein. By submitting or uploading an image you hereby:
TOGETHER may display images, audio, and video (the “Material”) from time to time. The types of Material Users are authorized to access on TOGETHER includes Material commissioned by TOGETHER, embedded Material, Material we believe to be covered by the Fair Use Doctrine, Material from photographic archive and video vendors, Material supplied to our staff or released into the public domain by public relations and marketing companies for press purposes, and UGC with the implied representation that the person submitting the material owns the copyright in the material and the right to give it to us for use on TOGETHER (see above under “User Image Submissions”).
In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”), TOGETHER will remove all Content and UGC if properly notified that such Content or UGC infringes on another’s intellectual property rights. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to remove Content and UGC without prior notice.
If TOGETHER publishes Material you think infringes your copyright, please email us email@example.com and we will address your concerns.
If the Material falls into one of the categories listed above underImage and Video, we believe that our use is legitimate and we may not remove it from the site. If you have corresponded with TOGETHER directly, and thereafter choose to pursue a copyright notice, please note that we will respond only to notices of alleged infringement that comply with the DMCA.
